If you're not losing any fluid at all, see if you can find another set of eyes to watch the slave action as you pump the clutch pedal. If it's moving normally, your issue is inside the bellhousing. If it's not moving like it should, it could be either inside the bellhousing or a hydraulic issue. Judging from your symptoms, I'm guessing something broke internally, like the fork/pivot ball/TOB/knuckle.
